Eligibility for Returns

Trading Card Products (Sealed Product):
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, any sealed product containing trading cards becomes non-returnable once opened. This includes, but is not limited to, booster packs, booster boxes, blisters, tins, and sealed decks. Opened trading card products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Accessories (Non-Card Products):
Trading card accessories such as binders, sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, and similar items may be opened and returned, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging included. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be denied a return.

Refund Processing

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once inspection is complete and the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment, minus the applicable restocking fee.
